I've been looking at drawing the Feathers pub (the beautiful medieval coaching inn, in the centre of Ludlow) for a while. But somehow the resulting illustrations just never seemed to be really inspired, and just looked a bit lifeless... But then I added a spooky carriage in the foreground, (which just drew itself, somehow...) and I had an image I was happy with!

Cards are individually hand printed using an antique press. The blocks are cut by hand, from original drawings. All designs are copyright and unique to Ludlow Gothik
