Earrings fit for a pirate

I've just been taking some nice earring pictures on a beach in South Wales, in the glorious sun... that sky is just impossibly blue. But there was a bit of a Welsh wind blowing!

My model is wearing her favourite pair here - the vintage halfpennies.

Hands up if you remember using the 'old money' - the coins do seem unreasonably large. But they make great earrings, and the ship image on the reverse of the halfpennies is particularly nice. Perhaps it's the Black Pearl...
